Fulton secondary school graduate Joanna Chan has graduated from McMaster University’s physician assistant program, and has been hired as the first ever physician assistant at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario
Chan is the newest member of the pediatric hematology/oncology team at the Ottawa hospital. In addition to her bachelor of health sciences (physician assistant), Chan has a certificate in international development from UBC, an honours bachelor of commerce from Carleton University, and a master’s of science in public health (health promotion) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. |
